Available Opportunities
Guest Experience Team Member (Part-Time)
Ideal for students and individuals seeking part-time employment.
• Welcoming guests and creating a fun atmosphere
• Operating arcade, axe throwing, and golf simulator areas
• Processing admissions and transactions
• Explaining games, attractions, memberships, and promotions
• Assisting with birthday parties, events, and group bookings
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
• Providing exceptional customer service
Requirements:
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
Key Holder / Team Lead (Part-time up to Full-Time)
Ideal for individuals seeking increased responsibility and leadership opportunities.
• Opening and closing the facility
• Supporting training and onboarding of team members
• AssisBng with daily operational oversight
• Handling guest concerns and service recovery situations
• Supporting cash handling and operational procedures
• Acting as a trusted support person for the Operations Manager
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
Event Host (Casual to Part-time)
Ideal for outgoing individuals who enjoy creating memorable guest experiences.
• Preparing event spaces
• Hosting birthday parties and special events
• Serving as the primary point of contact during events
• Coordinating event timelines and activities
• Assisting guests throughout their event experience
• Completing event setup and cleanup
• Ideally be at least 18 years of age
• Previous event, hospitality, recreation, or customer service experience is considered an asset
